Monitoring and understanding soil moisture to improve management decisions.
The FarmLink Moisture Knowledge Network aims to establish a series of soil moisture probes around the FarmLink region. The probes will provide real time soil moisture information live on the FarmLink website to our members. FarmLink will be co-ordinating training activities at the probe sites which will look at interpreting soil moisture probe data, understanding plant water use, and how best to use this information for management decisions.
